If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging.
You are entitled to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without notice. After the cancellation of your order you will have 14 days left to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping. Only the costs for returning from home to the webshop are at your own expense. These costs are around 7,25 per package, check your carrier's website for exact rates. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the vendor in the original condition and packaging with all supplied accessories and - if reasonably possible. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Should the product be damaged or the packaging more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may pass this depreciation of the product on to you. So please treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packaged when returning it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Custom products
Products purchased from this webshop are custom made according to the specification you have entered. The right of withdrawal is therefore not applicable. The sale is therefore final after successful payment.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

WARRANTY AND COMPLAINTS
Warranty
We care about our products and naturally do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it occasionally happens that an order is damaged during transport or that something else occurs which entitles you to warranty claims. According to the law, you are obliged to notify us of any defects within two months of discovering the issue. If the defect falls within the warranty period, we will take care of the repair or replacement free of charge.
Complaints
There is a possibility that something might happen which is not according to plan. We recommend that you first disclose any complaints by mailing us at zaferbaranliwerk@gmail.com. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via the Foundation ValuedShops/WebwinkelKeur (this applies for Dutch and/or Belgian customers only). As of February 15, 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to report complaints through the European Commission's ODR platform. The ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet handled elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint through the European Union platform.
